March 3, 2021

The Supreme Court of New York, Appellate Division’s Second Judicial Department, has reaffirmed a decision secured by Harris St. Laurent & Wechsler on behalf of an individual plaintiff. The Court denied the defendant’s motion to reargue his appeal of an October 2017 decision that confirmed a $1.38 million judgment in favor of our client. The firm represented the client in recovering damages from investment advisers for breach of fiduciary duty, fraudulent misrepresentation and unjust enrichment. Evan Bolla handled the appeal and reargument motion.
