Partner Andrew St. Laurent penned an article for the New York Law Journal about enforcement actions brought by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). In the article, he provides an introduction to FINRA enforcement proceedings as well as a “road map” for commercial litigators about the process.
