Partner Andrew St. Laurent published an article in the New York Law Journal addressing the broad impact of the Supreme Court’s decision in Lorenzo v. Securities & Exchange Commission. In the piece, he examines how the lower courts have since responded to the 2019 ruling. Andrew has tried more than 20 cases to verdict and regularly represents defendants in SEC, FINRA and state enforcement proceedings.
